Brock VandenBerg, President
Brock VandenBerg established THOR Financial to take advantage of the void left by traditional lenders as a result of the uncertainty in the banking industry.
Mr. VandenBerg has over 10 years experience engaged in various real estate ventures. Most recently, Mr. VandenBerg was Vice President of KeyBank's Private Equity Group which specialized in financing various development opportunities on behalf of institutional investors. While at KeyBank, Mr. VandenBerg assisted in funding over $200MM in mezzanine debt and joint venture equity investments and worked closely with leading real estate developers and institutional investors worldwide.
Mr. VandenBerg is a graduate of the University of Michigan. He is an active member in the Urban Land Institute and the Mortgage Bankers Association and holds a California Real Estate Broker License.
